Lionel, LLC, the beloved maker of Lionel trains and the Brand we all love has been acquired by Praesidian Capital's Portfolio Company Round 2.
Round 2 has rebranded itself as the Lionel Brand Group which combines several other well-known brands such as Lionel Racing, AMT models, MPC, and Auto World.
